Limiting Collection: We will take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Information is reliable for its intended use, and that it is accurate, complete and current for as long as we retain it.

Remedies, Enforcement, Liability: In compliance with Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, ATCLOUD commits to resolve complaints about our processing of your Personal Information. Individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding this Policy or our practices relating to the handling of Personal Information should first contact us as indicated under “Contact Us” section below.
In compliance with Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act an individual may file a written complaint with the Commissioner.
ATCLOUD reminds that you are solely responsible for any information you post to the public areas of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, comments to the ATCLOUD official blog or in the ATCLOUD forum. Comments left by individuals to public areas may be read, viewed, accessed and used by third parties subject to those third parties’ privacy practices and policies.
ATCLOUD reserves the right to remove any comments (especially unlawful or illegal content) containing personal information.
ATCLOUD does not knowingly collect Personal information from children under the age of 13.
